Faculty
Principal Emily Cox: Prior to joining the Mather community in 2008, Ms. Cox participated in the Boston Principal Fellowship where she interned at the Hernandez K-8 Two-Way Bilingual School. Ms. Cox was the founding French teacher at the Boston Collegiate Charter School in 1998, where she taught for 7 years before becoming the High School Principal. Under her leadership, the high school became a model for effective practice in the State of Massachusetts.
The Mather staff consists of 100% highly qualified, highly successful, mission driven educators who go the extra mile for our students and families. Several faculty members are alumni of the Mather, and many others have been teaching at the school for over 10 years. Our teachers value family partnerships and are in frequent communication.
