School Hours

The hours at the Mather are 9:10 a.m. to 3:25 p.m. Monday through Friday.

All students and parents should use the Main Office door on Parish Street to enter the school. Students who ride busses will be dismissed through the front doors on Parish Street, and walkers will be dismissed behind the building. Please note that there will be no supervision of students who arrive before 9:00 AM. At 9:00, students are allowed into the cafeteria, and at 9:10, they may go into their classrooms. All students should be in their classrooms before 9:25, or they will be considered tardy.

In order to help support families who may need to bring students early or pick them up late, the Mather does offer a before and after school program at a nominal cost. Both programs begin the second week of school. Applications will be sent home with students on the first day of school and are available in the Main Office.
